The School of Recreation, Health, and Tourism (SRHT) offers exciting, career-ready majors in dynamic fields such as athletic training, tourism and events management, health and physical education, kinesiology, sport management, and recreation management. SRHT features renowned faculty, cutting-edge research, six laboratories and centers, and a diverse student body of more than 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students each year. Each major requires one or more internship or clinical experiences, ensuring that students graduate not just with a transcript but with a resume that demonstrates their professional aptitude and skills.

Mr. Low is a recognized expert in the field of educational gaming, simulation and related learning and performance support technologies. Over the past 17 years he has led the artistic creation of more than 500 technology-based training and performance support solutions. These projects have been recognized with more than 100 industry awards since 1998. As Chief Creative Officer for Carney, Inc., John provides Creative direction on projects with an emphasis on engaging use of media and performance-oriented interactive design. John is a regular industry conference speaker. Current focus areas include the use of virtual environments and serious games; along emerging interaction models related to mobile technology and augmented reality.
